Freshmen year at CCAD done. I should upload some of my work. I feel like I grew a lot in some areas and some areas not as much as I'd hoped. I plan on working harder next year and hopefully fulfilling my own expectations for myself. We'll see, fingers crossed. PS: I hope to do a few things over the summer working with wood on a commission for my aunt and hopefully some good personal projects. I need to be inspired.

Just past midterms in my first semester at CCAD. Exciting? Lots of interesting things to post? Not as much as I would have hoped, but we're getting there. I'm liking oil painting and can't wait to do something other than a still life, lol. I really want to get back to Graphic Design and such. I feel like I no longer have the right mindset for independent work since everything is just draw this still life, or paint this still life, or use these basic design principles. I know it will all come together, but I can't wait for my intro to Ad/Graph class next semester.

So, I'm graduating high school, and I'll be moving on to the Columbus College of Art and Design starting this fall. Can't wait to get down there and start, I'm really excited! But until then I'll be uploading a ton of new stuff here, cause I've been slacking for... how long now? Really need to update my portfolio site here too. I'm teaching myself Wordpress and will link my blog to my deviant art and maybe get a twitter and start building a real online presence and what-not. Its gonna be exciting :) WOOT!
